When increase lvl of items to +14 and +15, they gain additional options depending on the level and type of items:

+14 - Increase HP +ITEM Grade
+15 - Increase Defense +ITEM Grade
+15 - Increase Defense +ITEM Grade
Additional Options for weapon:
+14 - Increase Critical Damage +ITEM Grade
